YLPW's Story

Formed in 2018, the Young Latino Professionals of Wichita “YLPW” aims to create and leverage a network of Latinos to positively influence our community – the greater Wichita area. The organization was formed through a partnership with the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Kansas Leadership Center to engage with young Latinos and connect them to businesses, non-profits, educational institutions, faith organizations, and local government.​

YLPW is an organization that fosters a warm environment where young Latinos can develop leadership skills and strengthen their professional skills. We value our ever diverse Latino and Hispanic culture and want to share that with the community at large. Our organization recognizes that the community is constantly growing, and so are we! ​
