Our purpose is to increase young Latino representation and positively shape the future vision of Wichita to reflect its Latino culture. We will see this as:

• More Latino representation in civic efforts

• More Latinos serving in leadership positions

• Raised profile of young Latinos

• More Latinos serving on local boards and in public office
